Inspiration

Shanon and her husband Jason purchased the orange 1973 Volkswagen Beetle a few years ago. While Jason worked to restore the classic car, it became a convenient subject to paint. Drawing on a love of everything vintage, Shanon tries to capture an elusive nostalgia through the intricate details of classic cars and historic buildings.
